We offer short term corporate luxury housing. They are four star rated properties at two star prices. Our units are very nicely furnished with high quality furnishings. Including a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, large and small appliances, etc. Linens, bedding, TVs, stereos, DVD, high speed internet access, same floor washer and dryer, jetted jacuzzi tub, and fireplaces. Everything you need to maximize your comfort and convenience . All you need to bring is your toothbrush. This is a much better alternative to a hotel, or an extended stay facility, at a lower cost. Length of stay is typically 3-12 months. We also have weekly rates available.
We will meet or beat any advertised price for a comparable unit.
We offer a cleaning service, and a wash and fold service.

HOW IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD?
Family gatherings & barbecues are the norm in this working
class / retirement neighborhood. It is a quiet, safe,
residential area. No malls, highways, or busy airports in
your backyard, yet a fifteen minute drive to them makes this
an ideal location. The primary grocery stores, banks, parks,
hospitals, churches, drug stores, schools (public & private)
& local restaurants are in this area. Just minutes to The
Arena, Clemens Center & local hospitals. Twenty minutes to
Corning. Thirty-five minutes to the lakes. Forty-five

of the apartment upgrades, repair service is rarely needed

Pets may be considered with a small pet deposit.
IS THERE A WAITING LIST?
At times there may be one or two prospects waiting to
acquire one of our apartments, however, the list changes as peoples
circumstances change. We always call all those on our
private waiting list first. A vacancy seldom lasts over 3
days once on the open market.
